Best luggage I've ever owned

This is a great bag for checked luggage. The perfect size for me, light (less that 10#), easy to maneuver, and attractive. It also comes in blue and black. Those were available in local stores, but I paid a little extra to get a gray model online.
This bag is perfect size for a longer solo trip or for 2 people to share for a shorter adventure. I don't think I'd have room for a full suit (I'm a 44L and my suits are quite big) but the garment bag portion is adequate for a few shirts (and dresses for women) to keep them neat.
The bag is firm enough to hold it's shape but not a true "hard side" luggage. Was perfect for a 10 day trip including room for gifts (outbound) and souvenirs(inbound).

A purchase I did not regret!

I carefully researched different suitcase brands and features before I finally settled on the Delsey Helium X'pert Lite. I also got the opporutnity to actually see and feel one purchased by a friend, prior to buying mine. I wanted to test my suitcase before I did a review and to that end, I have used it on several international and Caribbean based trips over 1.5 years. I have not regretted this purchase in any way. The suitcase has held up to the rigours of being rolled on streets (both concrete as well as tar based), being handled by several different airline carriers and even being in moderate rain for approximately two mins - after which my stuff was still thankfully very dry. I also have the 29" in the same brand and style and as the handles for both sizes can be brought to the same height, by placing them back-to-back, I am able to comfortably roll them almost anywhere using one hand, whilst rolling a carry on, laptop bag and handbag in another. Due to the support system for the wheels, the suitcase has its own weight however, that pales in comparison to the ease with which I am able to move around with it. I would recommend this suitcase to anyone who wants a sturdy, reasonably light, 4-wheeler.

Good for some trips, bad for long time life

The item is really feather light weight, good finishing product and wheels move 360 freely.
The PROS:
- Light
- Good internal space with 3 internal pockets (underwear, socks, bathroom stuff for ie)
- Internal division with tissue
- Side handle really good like the top handle
- Size on the handle is perfect: not to high, not to low
- Wheels go easily
- Comes with a TSA-3 digits-lock
Bads:
- One zipper broke after 5 trips. One can say "replace it" but I was waiting for more then 1 year of work! Now I have to change everything since the zipper is custom made! Cheaper to buy a new one.
- The wheels are made our plastic so now the got noisy and rumbles.
